Terms & Conditions

Order Delivery
We will aim to fulfil all orders within 7-14 days. However, should there be an issue with our production or logistics, this is especially for larger handmade items like the armchairs or foot stools. We reserve the right to increase this lead time by no more than 30 days and will notify you in advance.

Refunds
We will refund items that are returned in the condition that they were sent out i.e, no marks, no stains and not used and it must be within 7 days of the order dispatch. We reserve the right to not give a refund if these terms are not met. All returns & delivery fees shall be met by the customer. We take no responsibility for this. In rare circumstances, where there is a fault please contact us with details.
